What are our utilities, facilities and services?
Utilities are bundled into a monthly maintenance fee that includes water, electricity, gas, heat, and maintenance.
Our facilities include: Storage Rooms, Garages, Parking Spaces, Laundry Rooms, Trash Rooms, Assembly Room, Bike Room, and a Hobby Room.
Our co-op has a maintenance staff that handles all our trash, compost, recycling, common grounds landscaping and more.
What is the local school district?
The public school district for our community is Irvington. We are located right next to Dows Lane Elementary School, one of the top public schools in Westchester County.

What is our Pet Policy?
A. Two pets are permitted in each apartment; only one of which may be a dog.
B. Dogs must not exceed 30 pounds when full grown.
C. All cats and dogs must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier when outdoors.
D. All pets and their replacements must be registered with the Managing Agent.
E. All dogs must be licensed by the Village of Irvington and wear an identifying collar at all times.
F. All dogs must have current rabies vaccine.
G. All unidentified cats and dogs will be assumed to be strays and reported to the local police, ASPCA or animal warden.
H. Dogs are to be curbed and are not allowed to use garden or lawn areas. Dog walkers must clean up after their pets.
I. Pets are not allowed in the designated playground.
J. Food and water may not be left on the grounds.
K. Any behavior by a pet that is disruptive or threatening to Shareholders will not be tolerated and may result in the Corporation not allowing the pet to remain on the premises. Such disturbances should be reported to the Managing Agent.
